What is your cancellation policy?

As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we would be happy to rebook it for you. If you fail to give us 24 hours notice or are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to pay a fee of $50 or 50% of your service total.

Are there any parking or public transportation options available for your salon?

Yes, River Village Plaza has plenty of parking.

What are the qualifications and experience of your stylists?

Each stylist is licensed per the State of California and is verified through our extensive assisting program.

Can clients bring in their own hair care products or do you only use products provided by the salon?

No, we only use products we know and trust. We ask clients arrive at their appointments promptly and with clean hair.
