  • As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we would be happy to rebook it for you. If you fail to give us 24 hours notice or are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to pay a fee of $50 or 50% of your service total.

  • Please note that all Davines Essential Haircare products purchased through our website are fulfilled and shipped directly by Davines. Our salon does not handle the shipping, packaging, or delivery of these products.

    For any issues related to shipping, tracking, or returns, please contact Davines Customer Service directly. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or fulfillment errors.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Most orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes after being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please
    reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible at contact@davines.us  

    Please note this is not a guarantee that your order will be cancelled. 

  • If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us at contact@davines.us. Please also include a picture of the damages.
